メモ、ホーリーボクシング Idea, The holy boxing

 ホーリーボクシングというのを考案中。具体的には、練習の開始前か後かに、理念を読み上げます。

I am currently working on something called The Holy Boxing. Specifically, I will read out the philosophy before or after practice.

・私は、人々の盾になります。- I will be a shield for people.-

・私は、弱者の味方になります。- I will be on the side of the underdog. -

・私は弱者に対して手を差し伸べます。- I reach out to the weak. -

・私は、みだりに暴力をふるいません。- I will not resort to violence unnecessarily. -

・私は、疲れていても、他人に対して笑顔を心がけます。-  I try to smile at others, even when I'm tired. -

・私は、社会に貢献します。- I contribute to society. -

・私は、年寄、女性、若年層に対して、敬意を払います。- I have respect for the elderly, women and young people. -

・私は、尊大を退け、謙虚を尊びます。- I reject arrogance and value humility. -

・・・うーん、まだ考え中です。

Hmm, I'm still thinking about it.

人は、言うと、それに成ろうとします。だから、言うということをします。

When people say something, they try to become it, so they say it.

一人が読み上げたら、次に他の人全員が読み上げます。

そして、それを、1文章ずつします。

One person reads it out loud, then everyone else reads it out loud.

And do that one sentence at a time.

すべて読み上げたら十字を切ります。

Once you have read it all out, make the sign of the cross.
