メモ、任期制管理職

管理職を任期制にするのはいかがでしょうか？管理職が、永続的だから、固着するので、一定年数だけする。任期が過ぎたら他の人に交代。そーしますと、管理職とは偉いのではなく、仕事がちがう、役割がちがうという側面が大きくなりますよね？
