 漁港と書きましたが港全般です。もーね、漁港の桟橋とか、漁港全体に、街頭を、これでもかとばかりに設置するのです。執念を見せつけてやるのです。それは、とても明るくするのです。眩しいぐらいに明るくするのです。

併用して監視カメラも設置しましょう。怪しい人は、港が明るいので、撮影されます。それなら件数は激減します。まあ、この対策は、外から入ってくる人には強くないです。しかし内政側としては、強い方法です。出るに出られない。昼間にこっそり他のところへ船を移していると、なんでそんなことを？と聞かれるから出来ません。

道路にある太陽電池式での街灯があるなら、それがいいです。海は、電線は危ないかもしれません。なんでしたらスポットライトで遠くから照らすことも手札の一つに入れましょう。

外からに対して強くないから、テトラポッドは相変わらず強いです。陸へ来れないというのが強い。それ以上の不法入国など、もっと危険なことは不可能になります。

さてしかし、この漁港を明るくするということを、世界中ですると、相手国もそれをしますからさらに件数が激減します。テトラポッドが要らなくなる可能性・・・は言いすぎですけど、相手国がしなくなる。自分の船を、人気のないところに駐めている・・・もうそれだけで怪しいからです。あの人おかしいですよね？変な噂が立ちそこから足取りがつく。だからできなくなります。

So it will no longer be possible.

このことをする際の懸念は、昆虫ですね。どのようにしましょう？アイデアはまだ無いです。しかし、海の上に街頭を建てたいぐらいです。いっそ、海の上にも、街頭を建てましょう！
