猫用マンションの壁の傾斜角を70度とか80度とか、少し斜めにして登りやすくしたらいかがでしょうか？垂直だと壁を登るのは無理ですが、少し斜めの坂にしてあげたら、天井まで駆け上がれるのではないでしょうか？
