I have some speculations about the economy.

But, I think about it ,of America, they may not understand of it,of the high salary to the company president.

It has a reason.

It is related of Final tax return,tax, and the bookkeeping.And, company can not have  a large pool of saving of the bank. A company needs to think about bank saving of it's company.

As one method, it has a large salary paying to the company president.

Clean and legal, when it is kept, then it can do it so.It is so legal. Or real estate of land. 

But, It is better to stayed of proper bank saving.

The amount beyond that, it is better to proper distribution to everyone of employees.

Accounting should work out a fair value for it. He should have expenses for the company's business expansion, guarantee costs in case of bankruptcy, and such.

But, however, when will employees' salaries increase?

It is, at first, you can increase their bonus salary.

And next, it is increased their salary when bonus salary is stable for a long time.

When it is a recession,then you can decrease their bonus at first.That way there won't be any resentment from employees about bonus salary decreasing.

In Japan, the way in which the president alone receives a high salary is called the "American style." However, it is possible that many people in America themselves do not understand the significance of this. That is why I wrote this article.

You can ask this of your employees who are knowledgeable about economics and know this.

You may want to set a higher rate of salary increase for your lower level employees.
