ZAINITI, Korean resident in Japan

 It means the Korean resident in Japan,coming in south and north,

when japanese say the ZAINITI. not means a forigner.

It is no good of the government system of the ZAINITI. They have a right of nation law of named his idea name of himself,not the family registor census, because it is protected of that they be at a disadvantage employment used them true name.And it is made the law that it is good of Japanese name,it is the TUUMEI,not a true name the HONNMYOU. But it seems there is no such fact.They do not have Japanese nationality.Their nationality is either the Republic of Korea or the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.This concerns World War II, war reparations and their fundamental human rights.

If the state allows this practice, name fraud will become rampant.

It is protected of that they be at a disadvantage employment used them true name.But,um....

The KIKA, it is, acquiring Japanese citizenship.I would recommend it to them.If they do that, it will mean that they are not Korean residents,the ZAINITI.and lost the ZAINITI right.

It is a famous thing on old ages.Because that's a controversial point.But it seems like the younger generation is misunderstanding the meaning.

It is said by me,because it is understanded it by a forigners, and other country's people.

この点は・・・えー・・在日朝鮮人について書いていますが、この点は、古い世代の人は、勉強しなくてもこの程度の知識はある、という程度のことを書いています。なんでかと言いますと、社会的にはこの程度は流布されているからです。昔はです。戦後賠償に近い性格のものだから権利が認められているのでしょうけど。本名の朝鮮人名だと、就職に不利になるからです。だから偽名として日本人名を名乗る権利が与えられています。通名といいます。しかし議論としては、まだ未解決の問題で、廃れさせるには、権利を与えすぎている感が否めません。・・・ええ！まったく、秘密でもなんでも無いですよ？・・まあ、政治系ですので、ナーバスな問題があるかもしれませんから、慎重に言葉を選んで議論する必要があるかもしれませんけど、議論そのものを、風化させるには、彼らに対して権利を与えすぎており、このへんは若い皆さんも理解しておいたほうがいいでしょうと考えています。海外の人がね？わかると思いますか？日本人を雇ったつもりが・・・ですよ？かっこ悪いし。・・そんな悪法があるの？と言われたらどーします？だから英語で書きました。こっそりじゃないです。この程度は日本人としてわかっておいてほしい。社会がね？言わなくなっていませんかという危惧があってですね？

・・・このこと、台湾人もそ～ですよね？なにかこのー、時々、なんかそれっぽいことになっている人がいて、あんまり指摘しないと言うか、意識しないでいますけど、よく考えたら台湾人も日本人名を名乗っていますよね？あれも通名でしょうか？
